Four (4) Wall Township Police Officers were honored by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and given awards for their dedication to drunk driving enforcement for the year of 2019. The four officers are as follows and pictured below: Ptl. Meg Alexander, Ptl. Michael Cacciatore, Ptl. Devin Corso and Ptl. Joshua Wheeler. In 2019, the Wall Township Police Department made (217) two-hundred seventeen DWI arrests, due to the efforts of dedicated DWI enforcement officers. Ptl. Alexander also received a recognition award from MADD for her dedicated service as a Drug Recognition Expert. Due to COVID-19 concerns, the annual awards ceremony for the NJ MADD awards could not take place in person and will be held virtually on February 11, 2021.
