Patrolman Tyler Russell arrested Michael Bianco, 43, of NY, for driving while intoxicated (DWI), possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Algonkin Trail at 2:04 AM. Bianco was charged on a summons and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Patrolman Danielle D’Ambrosio arrested Ryan Eckardt, 27, of New Egypt, for unlawful possession of a weapon following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33/34. Eckardt was processed and released on a summons.
Wednesday, July 15, 2026:
Patrolman Joshua Wheeler arrested Christopher Comtess, 41, of Keyport, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34 at 4:52 PM. Comtess was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Patrolman Wayne Jackson arrested Valeria Oertel, 51, of CT, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35 at 11:27 PM. Oertel was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Friday, July 17, 2026:
Patrolman Julia Cutolo arrested Danasia Brown, 35, of Neptune, on a Tinton Falls warrant following an investigation on State Highway 35. Brown was processed and released on her own recognizance (ROR) by Tinton Falls.
Patrolman Vincent Colucci arrested Alicia Henderson, 21, of Howell, on a Bloomfield warrant following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 33/34. Henderson was processed and released after posting bail.
Patrolman Alfredo Flores arrested Richard Taylor, 43, of Toms River, on a South Toms River warrant. Taylor was processed and turned over to the South Toms River Police Department.
Patrolman Patrick Ferrante arrested Ronaldo Velasquez-Gavin, 22, of Lakewood, on warrants out of Brick Township and Lakewood following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 138. Velasquez-Gavin was processed and released on his own recognizance (ROR) by both agencies.
Patrolman Kyle Pelech arrested Mark Hone, 49, of Spring Lake, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 138 at 11:28 PM. Hone was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

Patrolman Collin McCarthy arrested Anthony Rallis, 59, of Lakewood, on a Toms River warrant following an investigation on State Highway 35. Rallis was processed and turned over to the Toms River Police Department.

Patrolman Patrick Ferrante arrested Michael Krawchuk, 33, of New Egypt, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 18 at 3:16 AM. Krawchuk was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Patrolman Kyle Pelech arrested Chrystal Sarno, 42, of Perth Amboy, on warrants out of Marlboro, Wall, and Lakehurst. Sarno was processed and released on her own recognizance (ROR) by all agencies.
Patrolman Danielle D’Ambrosio arrested Nico Rodriguez, 33, of South Toms River, for possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and warrants out of Branchburg and Wall Township. Rodriguez was processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

WALL TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDS TO STRUCTURAL COLLAPSE AT ECONOMY INN
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:27 AM, officers from the Wall Township Police Department, alongside the South Wall Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, and the Wall Township Building Department, responded to the Economy Inn, located at 2035 State Highway 35, following reports of structural failure. Initial calls indicated that a portion of the building's exterior facade had fallen off and additional sections appeared unstable.
Upon arrival, responding personnel observed an active partial collapse of the roof, resulting from damage sustained during the severe weather over the past week. While emergency crews were on scene evaluating the damage, a secondary portion of the roof collapsed. New Jersey Natural Gas and Jersey Central Power & Light Utility responded to safely secure all services to the location.
The building was vacant at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported. Responding officers taped, coned off, and placed barricades around the building and surrounding parking lot to keep the public at a safe distance.
