SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORT

Welcome to Wall Township Police Department's on-line Suspicious Activity Reporting System. This page is for reporting SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES or PERSONS (such as a strange car or person routinely appearing in your neighborhood.)

If you have an EMERGENCY do NOT use this form; dial "911" on your phone.

Instructions:

  1. Please use this form only to report suspicious circumstances that have occurred or are occurring in Wall Township.

  2. If you need to report a traffic related incident, please fill out the Traffic Complaint Report Form instead of this one. 

  3. Please complete as many lines of the report as you possibly can. This will help us investigate the circumstances that you are reporting and/or screen it for potential investigation. Whenever you only have partial information (like part of a license plate number, or a person's description), please give us whatever you have!

  4. This form has lines for personal information about you. You do not have to fill out any of this information - you may remain ANONYMOUS if you wish. (Of course, we may be able to do more about the circumstances you are reporting if you give us a way to contact you for more information if we need to.)
