Everbridge Message issued Monday, January 26, 2015 2:00 p.m.

Please remain on the line for the entire emergency message from the Wall Township Police Department.

 

Very hazardous conditions are expected from Monday afternoon through mid-day Tuesday!

 

Governor declares State of Emergency and urges residents to stay home. Please remain off the roads until all roadways are cleared. Again avoid all travel, as it will be extremely dangerous with blizzard or near-blizzard conditions likely.

 

All residents should avoid parking on the streets and utilize off-street parking. Parking is prohibited during snowstorms on any cul-de-sac in the Township
Garbage and recycling collections are canceled for Tuesday. Pickup will resume Wednesday and will be delayed one day for the rest of the week.

 

Wall Township Public Schools and Municipal Offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 27th.
Ensure snow does not cover your natural gas. electrical meters and dryer vents.

If you experience a power outage for an extended period of time and do not have a safe backup heat source or you are unable to find shelter, call the police department, 732-449-4500.
