DETECTIVE BUREAU
The Wall Township Police Department Detective Bureau is led by a Lieutenant
and Sergeant. All Detectives work a set monthly schedule, and an on-call
schedule should the need arise. Detectives receive specialized training in a
variety of areas e.g. homicide, arson investigation., forensics, evidence
preservation, and processing.
JUVENILE DETECTIVE DIVISION
The Wall Township Police Department Juvenile Division handles incidents that
involve juveniles as victims and suspects. The Juvenile Division maintains a
close relationship with School administrators and the School Resource Officers
to exchange information in the interest of school safety. Juvenile officers can
assist families with many issues, recommend services and assist with counseling.
Issues can range from truancy, drug or alcohol abuse, curfew violations, or an
"out of control" teenager. Juvenile officers are available to speak with school
students and parent groups on a variety of topics. If you need assistance with
