ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
The Administration Division is
commanded by Captain B. Sullivan and Lt. John Roche.
The
purpose of the Administrative Division is to provide leadership and
administrative direction to all functions within the Police Department. The
Administrative Division is to serve as an extension of the Chief of Police and
forward the goals and objectives of the Department. The Administrative Division
is to complete and coordinate the administrative duties and responsibilities as
assigned by the Chief of Police.
The
Administrative Division maintains supervision of all staff functions within the
Department. This includes
Records and Identification,
Communications,
Training, and
Emergency Medical Services.
They
also maintain supervision of Building and Grounds, Budgets, Grants, Vendor and
Maintenance Contracts, Computer Systems, Telephone and Radio Systems, General
Orders, Personnel Files,
Recruitment and Testing, Employee Assistance Program, Right to Know,
Payroll, Time and Attendance, Research and Planning, and Staff Inspections.
