9-11 Benefit Game

 

On Sunday, January 21, 2018 police officers from the Wall Township Police Department and other local residents volunteered their time to participate in the 9-11 Sports Inc. “Fallen Hero’s” flag football tournament played at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford. The flag football tournament was played to raise money for victims and their families of 9/11. The Wall Township Police Officers played in honor of fallen victims of 9/11 from Wall Township: James J. McAlary, John E. Connolly, Robert W. O’Shea, Christopher Lunder and Alfonse J. Niedermeyer.

 

Pictured below is the team that participated in the charity tournament.  The team consisted of local residents and Wall Township Police Officers.
