July 11, 2012: Jennifer L. Barth, 45, and her daughter, Lindsay A. Barth, 21, who live together on River Road in Point Pleasant, were arrested Wednesday. Jennifer was charged with five counts of conspiracy to commit theft. Her bail was set at $37,500. Lindsay was charged with four counts of theft and one count of attempted theft. …
